Sea Side.

The first ray of sunshine

The birds are chirping

Football is being played by children.

Can you hear the sounds of laughter?

The one that echoes through,

A mild breeze blowing.?

Rain droplets and then,

the scent of damp mud

The sound of the waves,

crashing on the rocks,

gladdens the heart.

Sandcastles being built on the sand.

There are footprints too.

At a distance, the seagull rests.

On a gloomy night, the moonlight reflects off the sea.

On a hot day, the sun’s rays reflect in the water.

Feelings that get lost somewhere,

are soothed to the spirit and heart.

The seaside has a lot of stories to tell.

Stop. Pause. Breathe.

If we just care enough to listen.
